In terms of materials, because abdominal wheel products need to be durable, the materials generally choose ABS materials and PP materials. For electronic screens, optical materials are required, so the product surface needs to be mirror-finished. For example, the screen of the ab wheel is made of optical material PC/PMMA, and antioxidants must be added to prevent the material from oxidizing and turning yellow. At the same time, these screen lenses need to be coated on the surface to prevent surface scratches. For the shell, most of them are currently made of PC material, and the surface is made into a mirror, which looks very high-end. There are also different plastic parts inside the ab wheel, some of which need to be flame retardant, and some need hardness, all of which we can provide. But for the screen lens, the minimum requirement for the mold material is 718 mold material, and S136 mold material is generally selected. Only this material can make the screen lens achieve the effect of mirror light. For the blow mold of the abdominal wheel, it is mainly for some cases with larger skeletons. The material is basically PP material. Because the skeleton is relatively large, the blow mold is selected. The cost of such a mold will be much cheaper, which can save a lot of costs.

Because blow molds are blown up by gas, the inner wall may not be completely uniform. The larger the product, the more uneven the inner wall.

Q6. What is your payment terms?

A: Mold Payment: 40% deposit by T/T in advance, 30% second mold payment before sending out the first trial samples, 30% mold balance after you agree the final samples.

B:Production Payment: 50% deposit in advance, 50% before sending out the final goods.
