5. Once the plastic has cooled and hardened, the mold separates and the toothbrush part is removed from the mold.

6. Any excess plastic is removed, trimmed and surface treated to ensure the quality and appearance of the toothbrush part.

7. The toothbrushes are inspected for quality, including appearance inspection, dimensional inspection and functionality testing.
