After receiving the product drawings provided by the customer, P&M's design team will use professional 3D design software to carry out detailed modeling design of the mold. This not only requires consideration of the shape, size, and precision requirements of ski accessories, but also takes into account factors such as mold manufacturability, demolding methods, and production efficiency.
After completing the design, it enters the material procurement process. High quality steel is the foundation for manufacturing high-performance injection molds.
After the steel is ready, it enters the processing stage. Rough machining is mainly carried out through equipment such as CNC milling machines and electrical discharge machining (EDM) machines. Precision machining is a crucial step in determining the accuracy and surface quality of molds, and it involves the use of high-precision machining equipment.
