The standard drying condition is hot air drying at 80°C for 3–4 hours, keeping moisture content below 0.04%. Wear-resistant small components, such as slide rail bases, utilize P20 mold steel to prevent collapse or deformation during long-term mass production. Cooling System (Critical for Preventing Warpage)

A dense rib pattern on the bottom is paired with a symmetrical array of ejector pins and flat ejectors to ensure uniform ejection force.
