1. Mold Design
After obtaining the sunscreen bottle samples or product drawings provided by the customer, we enter the critical mold design stage. 2. Material preparation
After the design scheme is determined, it is necessary to purchase suitable steel materials. The quality of steel directly affects the service life and performance of the mold, so high-quality and standard compliant steel will be selected. After procurement, the cutting operation is carried out according to the size requirements of the mold design, and the steel is cut into suitable sizes and shapes to prepare for subsequent processing.
3. Processing and manufacturing
This stage includes two main parts: rough machining and precision machining. After processing, the surface of the mold may have some small defects and unevenness, so it needs to be polished to make the mold surface smooth and flat. This not only improves the appearance quality of the mold, but also reduces the friction of plastic products during demolding, reducing the risk of scratches or damage on the product surface. After the polishing process is completed, the mold is closed by aligning and bonding the two halves of the mold together to ensure that the structure of the mold is aligned correctly. Then proceed with installation, installing the various components of the mold in the correct positions and making necessary adjustments and calibrations. After installation, conduct debugging and check whether the various performance of the mold is normal through trial operation.
