We generally use the cold runner system because it is cheaper. If the customer wants a hot runner system, we can also do it, but the cost of hot runner and cold runner is completely different. Water dispensers also have corresponding metal parts. For metal parts, we have two ways to make them. The first is injection aluminum mold and the second is die-casting mold.

For injection aluminum molds, you only need to melt the aluminum into liquid and inject it into the injection mold to form it. For such production, the mold cost will be more expensive, but the unit price of the product will be cheaper.

For die-casting molds, you only need to put the plate on the die-casting mold for extrusion molding. The mold is relatively cheap, but the part structure cannot be too complicated, and the unit price of the product will be more expensive.

Die-casting molds can generally only use H13 materials, because the product is metal, which has high requirements for mold materials. At the same time, due to the simpler structure, the mold making time will be shorter than the injection mold making time.
