1. Melt temperature: 250-265℃ (front section) / 235-245℃ (rear section)
→ Too high temperature leads to degradation of glass fiber, too low temperature leads to insufficient fluidity
2. Injection molding segmentation:
Section I: High-speed injection (80mm/s) fills 90% of the cavity
Stage II: Reduce speed to 30mm/s + maintain pressure at 80MPa (eliminate weld line)
3. Mold cooling:
Front mold: 60℃ (water cooling) to ensure surface gloss
Back mold: 85℃ (oil temperature machine) to reduce glass fiber orientation shrinkage
IV. Strengthening post-processing of agricultural machinery parts
Ultraviolet aging: 2 years of field exposure, embrittlement and cracking, adding benzotriazole UV absorber (0.8-1.2%)
