Making the mold shell: This is the primary task of the entire process. Subsequently, with the help of advanced CAD software, a three-dimensional model of the mold shell was carefully designed based on specific parameters such as the size, shape, and quantity of the building block toys. After the design is completed, high-precision CNC machines are used for precise machining, transforming the virtual design into a real mold shell.

Assembling mold shell and building block body: After the mold shell is completed, it enters the assembly process with the building block body. In this step, according to actual needs, select bolts, nuts or other suitable connectors to firmly fix the mold shell and the building block together. This process requires extra caution to ensure a tight fit between the mold shell and the building blocks, without any looseness.

Designing the internal space of the mold: Considering key factors such as easy demolding and sufficient filling of injection materials, it is particularly important to design the internal space of the mold reasonably.

Creating a complete injection mold: The carefully designed and optimized mold shell is assembled with building blocks to form a complete injection mold. At this stage, a comprehensive and meticulous inspection of the mold should be conducted to ensure that there are no loose parts in the mold, and necessary adjustments and corrections should be made to possible problems to ensure that the mold has good rigidity and stability. Finally, use CNC machine tools again to finely process the mold, and strictly control every detail, not letting go of any defects that may affect the quality of the mold.
