Precision machining stage
The cavity is milled by a five-axis linkage machining center with a surface roughness of Ra≤0.4μm; the threaded part is cut by slow wire cutting (accuracy ±0.005mm).
The vacuum layer gap is formed by EDM electric spark machining, and the discharge gap compensation requires reserved material shrinkage (PP is about 1.5-2%).
