In the field of Mold design and manufacturing, polypropylene (PP) has become one of the world's most widely used and widely produced general-purpose plastics due to its excellent chemical stability, lightweight characteristics, and low-cost advantages. PP injection molding raw materials specifically refer to polypropylene materials that have undergone formula optimization (such as adding antioxidants, weather resistant agents, toughening agents, etc.), exist in particle form, and can be directly used in injection molding processes. It not only retains the core advantages of PP substrate such as low density, chemical corrosion resistance, and easy processing, but also adapts to the differentiated mechanical and environmental performance requirements of different scenarios through functional modification, covering a wide range of injection molding fields such as packaging, automotive, home appliances, and daily necessities.

Mold design and manufacturing, also known as polypropylene injection molding raw materials, are made of polypropylene resin generated by the polymerization reaction of propylene monomers as the substrate. Functional additives (such as antioxidants, light stabilizers, toughening agents, fillers, colorants, etc.) are added according to the performance requirements of injection molded products. Mold design and manufacturing can be directly put into injection molding machines and processed into various PP injection molded products through heating and melting, high-pressure injection, cooling and solidification steps.

1. Raw material pretreatment: Simplify as needed to ensure cleanliness

The pretreatment process of PP injection molding raw materials is much simpler than other plastics, with the core being "removing impurities+drying as needed".

2. Injection molding machine selection and parameter setting: matching raw material properties

Selecting an appropriate injection molding machine and setting core process parameters based on the MFR of PP injection molding raw materials and product structure is the key to ensuring molding quality.

3. Melt injection: controlling flow and filling

PP injection molding raw materials undergo a "preheating melting mixing injection" process in the injection molding machine barrel, ensuring that the melt is uniform and stable.

1. Packaging field: lightweight and hygienic preferred
