Ejection System: Designed to protect delicate plug features. We use a combination of ejector sleeves, blades, and air poppets to ensure distortion-free ejection without marking critical sealing or cosmetic surfaces.
Cooling System: Utilizing Moldflow® analysis, we design optimized conformal cooling channels that follow the complex contours of the plug. This ensures uniform cooling, minimizes cycle times, and eliminates warpage and sink marks that could compromise sealing performance.
Vacuum Venting: Critical for plugs with deep, narrow cores for pins or sockets. We integrate dedicated vacuum systems to evacuate air completely, preventing burns, short shots, and voids that would cause electrical or sealing failure.

Material Selection for Reliability in Demanding Environments
The material choice is fundamental to a plug's function. We are experts in processing a wide range of engineered materials designed for specific electrical, chemical, and mechanical challenges.
Nylon (PA 6, PA 66, PA 46): Excellent balance of strength, toughness, and chemical resistance. Glass-filled grades (PA66+GF30) offer enhanced stiffness and heat resistance for electrical connectors. Ideal for: Automotive connectors, industrial cable plugs, and mechanical components.
Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) & Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE): Used for overmolding to create flexible, watertight seals, gaskets, and strain reliefs. Offers excellent weathering and tear resistance. Ideal for: Cable overmolds, waterproof connector seals, and protective caps.
Polypropylene (PP): Provides good chemical resistance and flexibility at a low cost. Ideal for: Non-critical protective caps, chemical container plugs, and consumer product covers.

Mold design:
Information you need to provide us
1. If you have drawings, 2D drawings, 3D drawings (preferably in STEP format).
2. If there are no drawings, you need to provide specific length, width, height and weight information. (It’s best to send us samples)
3. Should the mold be sent to your country, or leave the mold in our factory and we will help you produce the product.
4. Mold material requirements, cavity number requirements (you can tell us about the size of your injection molding machine)

Mold testing:
Once the mold is complete, I do a mold test. It usually takes about 3-5 days to complete. We need to assemble the mold, adjust the pressure data of the machine, and try production. We need to check whether there are problems during the normal production of the mold and make modifications.
