We specialize in custom TPE plastic mold development, TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) component production, and optional assembly services—not finished product trading. 1. Custom Mold Structures: Tailored to TPE’s Molding Characteristics

TPE’s distinct properties (low hardness, high flexibility) require molds that enhance its soft-touch performance and ensure easy demolding. Our custom mold structures include:

Cavity & Core: Machined via high-precision CNC machining (tolerance as tight as ±0.02mm) to suit TPE’s needs:
