In terms of materials, because treadmill products need to be durable, the materials generally choose ABS materials and PP materials. For electronic screens, optical materials are required, so the surface of the product needs to be mirrored. For example, the screen of the treadmill uses optical material PC/PMMA, and antioxidants must be added to prevent the material from oxidizing and turning yellow. At the same time, these screen lenses need to be coated on the surface to prevent surface scratches. For the shell, most of them are currently made of PC material, and the surface is made into a mirror, which looks very high-end. There are also different plastic parts inside the treadmill, some of which need to be flame retardant, and some require hardness, all of which we can provide. But for the screen lens, the minimum requirement for the mold material is 718 mold material, and S136 mold material is generally selected. Only this material can make the screen lens achieve the effect of mirror light. For treadmill die-casting molds, they are mainly used for the metal frame of the treadmill. In terms of materials, zinc alloy or aluminum is generally selected. We can also do sandblasting/electroplating to make the surface of the metal frame more advanced.

For the metal parts with a relatively long length, the die of extruded aluminum is basically used. The metal aluminum is extruded through the die into a profile, and the surface treatment is normally done and then cut to the desired size. In this way, the mold will be much cheaper, but the unit price of the product will be more expensive, because the product needs to be processed after production, which involves certain labor costs.

For the blow molding mold of the treadmill, it is mainly for some large skeletons, and the material basically chooses PP material. Because the skeleton is relatively large, the blow molding mold is selected. The cost of such a mold will be much cheaper and can save a lot of costs.
