For such production, the mold cost will be more expensive, but the unit price of the product will be cheaper. For die-casting mold, the plate can only be placed on the die-casting mold and extruded. The mold is cheaper, but the structure of the part cannot be too complicated. The unit price of the product will be more expensive We can produce in both ways. For Walking machine die-casting molds, they are mainly used for the metal frame of the Walking machine. In terms of materials, zinc alloy or aluminum is generally selected. We can also do sandblasting/electroplating to make the surface of the metal frame more advanced.
