Mold manufacturing and trial molding: Process molds based on the final design, and then conduct small-batch trial molding. Test molds are used for strict dimensional, assembly and functional tests. Mass production and post-processing: Mass production begins after the trial mold is passed. After the parts are demolded, post-treatment processes such as removing the gate, polishing, painting or assembling metal inserts may be required.
