B、Production Process of Dog House Injection Moulding

1. Mold Design and Manufacturing

First of all, according to the design plan of the dog house, a professional mold designer conducts the mold structure design, including the design of the cavity, core, gating system, cooling system and other parts. After the design is completed, it is handed over to the mold manufacturer for mold processing and manufacturing using precision processing equipment (such as CNC milling machines, EDM machines, wire cutting machines, etc.) to ensure that the precision and quality of the mold meet the production requirements.

2. Raw Material Preparation

Select plastic raw materials suitable for making dog houses, commonly used are polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), etc. These plastic materials have good toughness, impact resistance and weather resistance, which can ensure that the dog house has a long service life during use. 3. Injection Molding

4. Cooling and Setting

The plastic melt injected into the mold cavity is gradually cooled down under the action of the mold cooling system, changing from a molten state to a solid state, and finally forming a dog house product consistent with the shape of the mold cavity. The length of cooling time needs to be determined according to the size, thickness of the dog house and the characteristics of the plastic material. Generally, it is necessary to ensure that the dog house product is completely cooled and solidified to avoid deformation and other problems in the subsequent demolding process.

5. Demolding and Post - processing

After the dog house product is cooled and set in the mold, it is taken out of the mold cavity through the demolding mechanism of the injection molding machine, and the demolding process is completed. The demolded dog house product may have some excess  (such as gates, flash, etc.), which need to be trimmed, polished and other post - processing operations to remove these excess parts and make the appearance of the dog house product more neat and beautiful.
