Microchannels and microporous structures: Microchannels with a cross-sectional size of 0.05 × 0.05mm can be formed (used for biochips and micro heat exchangers), with a minimum microporous diameter of 0.02mm (such as medical atomizer nozzles), and smooth pore walls (Ra ≤ 0.01 μ m), without burrs or blockages;
Micro gears and micro transmission structures: Micro gears with a molding modulus ≤ 0.01 (tooth thickness 0.03-0.05mm), tooth surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.008 μ m, transmission accuracy up to ISO 1328 Grade 10 or above, suitable for the transmission needs of micro motors and precision instruments;
Microarrays and microtexture structures: Microarray protrusions with a spacing of 0.01-0.03mm (such as micro lens arrays for optical components) or microtextures with a depth of 0.005-0.01mm are formed on the surface of the part, with a structural replication accuracy of ≥ 95% and no deformation or loss.

Micro precision injection molding requires customized matching process parameters based on different material characteristics and part functions:
Accurate material selection: Common materials include LCP, POM, and PC to avoid impurities affecting molding accuracy;
Refinement of process parameters: The injection speed needs to be precisely controlled within 1-5mm/s to avoid microstructure deformation caused by excessive melt shear; Gradual adjustment of holding pressure, setting differentiated holding pressure for different areas of the parts to compensate for local shrinkage;
Strict environmental control: The production environment needs to be constant temperature, humidity, and dust-free to avoid temperature fluctuations that may cause mold thermal deformation or dust adhesion affecting the surface quality of parts.

Mold material: The mold cavity is made of powder metallurgy high-speed steel or single crystal diamond to ensure wear resistance and surface accuracy, and the mold life is ≥ 100000 times;
Cavity machining: using ultra precision machining techniques such as slow wire EDM, focused ion beam machining, and diamond tool turning; Polishing the surface of the cavity to ensure the accuracy of microstructure replication;
