Material pretreatment: ABS must be strictly dehumidified and dried. It is usually dried at 80-85℃ for 3-4 hours; otherwise, the product will develop silver streaks and bubbles, and its mechanical properties will decline significantly.
Temperature control: A relatively high mold temperature (60-80℃) is adopted. High mold temperature is the key for ABS to achieve a high-gloss surface, reduce weld marks, and lower internal stress, thereby avoiding cracking during later spraying.
Injection and pressure holding: Medium to high-speed injection is adopted to ensure surface gloss. Through precise control of multi-stage pressure holding, shrinkage is eliminated, especially on the back of the tendons.
