Precision machining:

Mold cavity processing: CNC high-speed milling (speed 15000-20000rpm, accuracy ± 0.005mm) is used for initial shaping, followed by refinement of complex surfaces through electrical discharge machining (EDM, accuracy ± 0.002mm), and finally mirror polishing (Ra ≤ 0.012 μ m);
