The working end (scraper edge or contact surface) of the plastic injection scraper needs to fit the surface to be cleaned accurately, so the molding precision requirements are strict: through high-precision molds (cavity precision up to ±0.02mm) and closed-loop control injection molding process, the flatness of the scraper working end can be ≤0.1mm/m, and the edge fillet error ≤0.05mm, ensuring no residual dead corners during cleaning. At the same time, the shape of the working end can be customized according to different cleaning scenarios: for example, home cleaning scrapers use curved edges (adapting to curved surface cleaning, such as bathtubs, pot bottoms), industrial production line scrapers use straight edges (adapting to flat surface leveling, such as conveyor belts, printing rollers), and food processing scrapers use round-head edges (avoiding scratching equipment surfaces, meeting hygiene standards), with adaptability far higher than standardized metal scrapers.
2. Wear-Resistant and Impact-Resistant, Long Service Life

B、Production Process of Plastic Injection Scraper Moulding
1. Requirement Analysis and Mold Design
First, clarify the core technical requirements according to the scraper's use scenario: for example, home cleaning scrapers need to focus on edge precision (fillet R0.5-R1.0mm) and lightweight (weight ≤100g), industrial scrapers need to emphasize wear resistance (adding glass fiber reinforcement) and structural strength (integrating reinforcing ribs), and food-grade scrapers need to meet hygiene certification (non-toxic materials). Based on the requirements, use CAD software (such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD) to draw the 3D model of the scraper, focusing on designing: the edge angle of the working end (usually 30°-60°, adjusted according to the cleaning material, such as 60° acute angle for scraping viscous materials, 30° obtuse angle for leveling powder), the layout of the main reinforcing ribs (spacing 15-25mm, thickness 2-3mm, improving rigidity without adding too much weight), and the size of the installation interface (such as handle buckle hole diameter error ≤0.05mm, ensuring firm assembly). In the mold design stage, use Moldflow software for mold flow analysis, optimize the gating system (using pin gates to avoid leaving gate marks on the working end) and cooling system (arrange water channels evenly according to the scraper thickness, cooling time controlled at 20-40s to prevent warping), and select P20 pre-hardened steel (small and medium batches) or H13 hot work mold steel (large batches, service life ≥300,000 times) as the mold material.
2. Raw Material Preparation and Injection Molding
Select suitable materials according to the scraper function: PP (low cost, good toughness) for home use, PP + 20% glass fiber (wear-resistant and rigid) for industrial use, FDA-grade PP/PE (hygienic and non-toxic) for food use, and POM (good dimensional stability) for high-precision scrapers. During raw material preparation, mix plastic particles with necessary additives: such as adding antioxidants (0.2%-0.5%, delaying aging) to industrial scrapers, adding anti-UV agents (0.5%-1%, anti-exposure) to outdoor scrapers, and prohibiting toxic additives for food-grade scrapers. The mixed raw materials are put into a dryer (temperature 80-100℃, time 2-3 hours) to remove moisture, avoiding bubbles after injection molding. In the injection molding stage, add the dried raw materials into the hopper of the injection molding machine, and set process parameters according to the material: PP material temperature 180-220℃, injection pressure 60-80MPa; POM material temperature 190-210℃, injection pressure 70-90MPa; glass fiber reinforced PP material temperature 200-230℃, injection pressure 80-100MPa. The injection molding machine injects the molten plastic into the mold cavity through the screw, holds the pressure for 10-15s, then cools and sets, and finally demolds the scraper blank through the ejection mechanism (ejector pin or ejector plate), and removes the gate residue manually or mechanically after demolding.
3. Post-Processing and Quality Inspection
The scraper blank needs targeted post-processing: the edge of the working end needs to be polished (polished with 800#-1200# sandpaper, surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm, ensuring clean and scratch-free); industrial scrapers need surface sandblasting (increasing friction to avoid material adhesion); food-grade scrapers need high-temperature disinfection (boiling at 121℃ for 30 minutes to remove surface oil). Quality inspection is carried out in multiple dimensions:
Dimensional accuracy inspection : Use a coordinate measuring machine to detect the flatness of the working end (≤0.1mm/m), edge fillet (error ≤0.05mm), and installation interface size (tolerance ±0.03mm) to ensure compliance with design requirements;
Mechanical performance inspection : Sample test the flexural strength of the scraper (PP + glass fiber scraper ≥50MPa) and impact strength (POM scraper ≥50kJ/m²) to verify the service life;
Function test : Simulate actual use scenarios, such as testing the residual rate of curved surface cleaning for home scrapers (≤5%), testing the edge wear of industrial scrapers after 50,000 frictions (≤0.1mm), and testing the hygiene compliance of food scrapers (no material precipitation).
