1. Balancing Lightweight and Structural Stability

The table fan should be easy to move and stable to place, and the plastic components should ensure structural strength on the basis of lightweight:

Lightweight design of fan blades: PP or ABS thin-walled injection is used, with a single fan blade weight of ≤ 20g. The centrifugal force is small during rotation, reducing motor load; The edges of the fan blades are rounded to avoid generating airflow noise during rotation;

Stable structure of the base: The base adopts a "thin top and thick bottom" design, with a wall thickness of 2-2.5mm at the connection between the upper part and the fuselage, and a wall thickness of 4-5mm in the lower counterweight area, achieving static stability standards; The bottom of the base is injection molded with anti slip foot pads to prevent the table fan from sliding during operation;

Body shell strength: The body shell is made of ABS+10% GF, with an impact resistance strength of ≥ 25kJ/m ², and can withstand a drop from a height of 1m without rupture; The installation position of the shell motor is designed with reinforcement ribs to disperse the vibration stress of the motor and extend its service life.
