1. Modularized structure design, flexible adaptation to functional needs  

Multi-morphic components: Support the customization of complex structures such as spherical, bone, bell, maze, etc., and the internal design of hollow, grid, sound cavity and other modules can be designed to enhance the interactive fun of pets.  

Precise size control: For small dogs, cats and other pets of different sizes, it provides 5cm-15cm mini size customization, with a tolerance accuracy of ±0.05mm, to ensure that the components are assembled in a seamless manner.  

Surface treatment process: frosted, glossy, non-slip texture or colorful pattern printing is available to enhance the attractiveness and functionality of the product.  

2. Food-grade material selection, safety and durability at the same time

ABS plastic: high rigidity, impact resistance, suitable for manufacturing the skeleton structure of bite toys; can be dyed in a variety of bright colors to meet the visual preference of pets.  

TPE/TPR elastomers: soft and non-toxic, used to make bendable bite parts or anti-scratch edges to protect your pet's oral health.  

PP polypropylene: lightweight and heat resistant, suitable for water-filled toys or built-in treat bin structures, easy to clean and chemical resistant.  

Eco-friendly silicone (optional): FDA approved, suitable for high-end bite-resistant toys, customized features such as mint flavor can be added.

Precision injection molding process to guarantee quality and efficiency

1. Full process injection molding technology support

Mold development: using CNC precision processing and 3D printing combined technology, 7-15 days to complete the production of prototype molds, support the design of complex parting line and ejector pin system to ensure the efficiency of mold release and surface finish.  

High-speed injection production: clamping force of 50-300 tons of injection molding machine suitable for small parts mass production, cycle time of 15-30 seconds, daily production capacity of 50,000-100,000 pieces, support for multi-cavity mold synchronous molding, reduce the cost of a single piece.  Automated post-processing: automatic trimming burrs, ultrasonic cleaning, quality inspection and sorting to ensure zero-defect delivery of parts.  

2. Process details optimization

Runner and gate design: optimize melt flow for thin-walled parts (thickness 0.8-2mm) to avoid shrink marks and bubbles.  

Insert injection molding (optional): Integrate metal bell, nylon rope fixing ring and other different material components to enhance product functionality.  

Secondary processing services: support UV spraying, laser engraving logo, anti-static treatment, etc. to meet brand differentiation needs.

A: It all depends on the products' size and complexity. Normally, the lead time is 25 days.


Q4. I have no 3D drawing, how should I start the new project?

A: You can supply us a molding sample, we will help you finish the 3D drawing design.


Q5. Before shipment, how to make sure the products quality?

A: If you don't come to our factory and also don't have the third party for inspection, we will be as your inspection worker.

We will supply you a video for production process detail include process report, products size structure and surface detail, packing detail and so on.


Q6. What is your payment terms?

A: Mold Payment: 40% deposit by T/T in advance, 30% second mold payment before sending out the first trial samples, 30% mold balance after you agree the final samples.

B:Production Payment: 50% deposit in advance, 50% before sending out the final goods.
